You agree that UltraTech shall have no obligation to protect such information from disclosure.

And Whereas by downloading, installing and using the App, User cannot claim for any Membership, Direct / Indirect benefit, Privilege, Discounts, or whatsoever from UTCL or Whomsoever.
And Whereas UTCL doesn’t provide any performance guarantee for the App in any term whatsoever and will not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages or losses, or any other damages or losses of whatsoever kind resulting from installing this App.
And Whereas User understands and agrees that User will not misuse / misrepresent UTCL or any of UTCL (‘s) offering and will not malign image of any UTCL stakeholder or whosoever concern and in whatsoever term , failing which UTCL may at its liberty take appropriate legal action against User within the course of Law.
And Whereas User will not share/ reproduce any content / concept / information / contact whatsoever maintained in the App or in any other concerned document without written permission from UTCL.
